The Witches Festival is an in-game event celebrating the spooky season in tamriel. You can earn so rewards and fight unique event specific bosses during this event.

What do I need to take part in the Witches Festival Event?
To participate in this event you will only need the base game for reward boxes and tickets.
You can acquire the introductory quest from the Crown Store for free or find the Crow Caller outside of Olyve’s Brewery in Auridon, Glenumbra, or Stonefalls.
If you’ve completed this quest in previous years, you do not need to do it again

How many Event Tickets are earnable during the Witches Festival Event?
During the Witches Festival you can earn 2 event tickets (per day, per account).
You will receive 2 tickets for the first boss you defeat and loot each day that would drop a Plunder Skull, Including:
Arena bosses
Delve bosses
Group Dungeon bosses
Insurgent bosses [Dolmens, Geysers, Dragons, Harrowstorms, etc.]
Public Dungeon bosses
Imperial City bosses [Streets and sewers]
Trial bosses
World bosses
Infinite Archives bosses
What rewards can I earn during the Witches Festival Event?
During the Witches Festival you can earn Plunder Skulls from the following sources:

The first box earned from each activity each day (Per account) will be a Gold-Quality “Dremora Plunder Skull“. This Gold-Quality skull will have a higher chance for better rewards and also contain a dremora motif page.
The “Crowborne Plunder Skull” and “Lord Hollowjack Plunder” skulls have a very small chance to offer you a jackpot of all new special rewards from this year in a single skull.
Witches Festival Daily Quests
During the Witches Festival you can complete 2 new daily quests to earn rewards, These are:
Plucking the Crow:
This quest will have you collect 30 feathers from plunder skulls and return them to Witchmother Taerma at Olyve’s Brewery.
You can then enter the Garden of Shadows, where you and your group can fight and defeat the Crowborne Horror for a special “Crowborne Horror Dremora Plunder Skull“
(Balanced for a small group of 2-4 players)
The Lord of Fear
This quest will have you help “haunted” around Tamriel these are:
Thalien: Grahtwood
Gatzug: Stormhaven
Farvyn Rolas: Deshaan
[Only needed for the first time you do this quest]
After helping them you can return to Priest Maxien Roudille at Olyve’s Brewery.
You can then enter the Seat of Detritus, where you and your group can fight and defeat Lord Hollowjack for a special “Lord Hollowjack Dremora Plunder Skull“
(Balanced for a large group of 6-12 players)
